I draw the data model first, then I write code. In almost every project that saves more time than it costs.
I work alone, directly and without middle layers — you talk to the person who also builds it. Agencies bring me in as technical reinforcement when a project hinges on the data side.

Do I have to commit to a package straight away?
No. The steps build on each other, but you decide again after every one. There is no package you have to buy upfront and no minimum volume.
Do you work with merchants or with agencies?
Both. Merchants usually arrive with a concrete technical problem; agencies bring me in as technical reinforcement on projects where Shopify hits a limit — migration, integration or product logic.
Do I get an engineer or a project manager?
You talk to me throughout. I do the analysis, I write the code, I am in the meeting. There is no middle layer passing your requirements along.
How does invoicing work?
All prices net, invoicing by KEVIN METZDORF LTD. Reverse charge applies within the EU. Implementation runs at a fixed price scoped by the audit; ongoing support uses a fixed monthly hours budget.
